My review reflects my personal experience. Four years ago I would have given this resort a 4 to 4.5 star rating. This time I would have to rate it a 3.5 due to the dining experience issues that can easily be rectified through staff enhancement and ensuring food replenishment and table resetting are prompt.
Last year was the "good old days" for food quality and quantity.
Please, no preformed patties for the hamburgers or "Dougie burgers".
Finally, if the staff are working hard (with noted exceptions)then I must assume that management changes have caused concerns and only they can rectify them. Breezes Jibacoa, Something seemed to be missing - Change is not always good
Breezes Jibacoa
First trip to Cuba, so was not expecting a whole lot. Hotel is a little older, but extremely clean and well kept. Food was to die for, as was the Snorkelling. Best snorkelling we have ever encountered and right out front.
